What is non-surgical nose slimming?

Non-surgical nose slimming is a medical aesthetic procedure designed, in suitable patients, to reduce the appearance of thickness around the nasal tip and nostril area and create a more refined nasal contour. The treatment is not appropriate for everyone and should only be considered following an assessment by a qualified physician.

What happens during the procedure?

Before treatment, the area is cleansed with an antiseptic solution. A topical anaesthetic cream may be applied if needed. Very small amounts of medication are then injected into carefully selected areas. The procedure usually takes around 5–10 minutes, and most patients can return to their normal daily activities immediately afterwards.

 

Are the results permanent?

The results are generally considered permanent. However, the duration and degree of the effect may vary depending on the individual, skin structure, metabolism, and the technique used. If necessary, an additional session may be recommended following a medical review.
